Counseling & Psychotherapy

Our experienced counselors work with individual adults, adolescents, and children as well as couples and families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, strengthen relationships and treat symptoms of mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder, through evidence-based interventions.  Parent-training for childhood behavioral problems can help you learn tools to manage your child's ADHD, defiance, or anxiety.  We have specialists in OCD and EMDR as well as trauma-focused clinicians and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
